The City of Kalispell is replacing the sidewalks and corner crossings along 3rd Street East, between 1st Ave East and 3rd Ave East starting June 2nd. Impact to library Operations: No access to the alley and alley book drop during alley entry construction, except weekends where alley and bookdrop will be open. The sidewalk and ramp along 3rd St East will be totally inaccessible during the duration of the project. A temporary ADA accessible ramp will be installed to the south entrance during construction.
