Join instructors Diane Denney and Susie Hill from Kalispell FamilySearch Center for genealogy classes for individuals and families aged 13 and older. Learn personal researching skills, connect with family history groups, and get expert help navigating genealogical sites. This program will repeat every 2nd and 4th Tuesday each month in Bigfork. Learn about the new Bigfork Library's participation with Design for Freedom, a global movement to eliminate forced labor in the building materials supply chain. Join us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony hosted by the Bigfork Area Chamber of Commerce at the new Bigfork Library located at 186 Bridge Street in Bigfork at 9:30am on August 6th. Library staff and members of the Library Foundation will speak at the event to commemorate the years of work and collaboration it has taken to make this project a success. The new Bigfork Library will open its doors officially at 10am with a reception to follow.

This year’s Repurposed Reads are ripe for the picking, ready to transport you to worlds filled with fantasy, adventure, mystery, romance, or even all of the above! But where do these titles come from? Sure, the library is in the business of giving books away, but doesn’t it normally want them back?
